Yes, you can share pricing or suggested contributions with your members on a private web page. Transparency helps men and women understand the value and benefits of being part of your private association while respecting voluntary engagement.
PMAs work well for businesses focused on natural medicine, wellness, education, coaching, farming, and other services where autonomy, privacy, and ethical self-governance are priorities.
Collecting a fee or suggested contribution, even a small one, is important. It doesn’t have to be recurring and can be any form of value (cash, trade, or other value). When men and women voluntarily exchange value to support the association, they show commitment and mutual respect under natural law.
By operating under natural law and private contracts between men and women, a PMA exists outside public domain laws that govern public businesses. This means your private group is not subject to typical government regulations, as long as ethical principles: do no harm, cause no loss are followed and proper records are maintained.
As the founder, you decide who may join based on your association’s purpose and values. Membership is voluntary and based on shared understanding and agreement to your association’s code of conduct.
