Homeopathy and Beyond was switching from a general holistic health practice to a private member association (PMA) focused on homeopathy. Their existing brand, website, and messaging felt dated and didn’t match the new model or the expectations around a PMA. They needed a clearer, more professional identity that would communicate trust to prospective members and ensure the site and signup flow followed PMA guidelines.

They worked with us to refresh the brand and build a PMA-friendly website that actually worked for their member journey. We focused on three things: create a modern logo and visual style that matched their taste for soft colors, water imagery, and an emblem-style mark; rewrite messaging to speak directly to their ideal clients (mostly informed men and women looking for integrated, deep care); and design a simple, compliant website and onboarding flow so members could be vetted and onboarded without confusion. Our approach combined discovery conversations, brand workshops, design sprints, and a PMA checklist to keep things practical and compliant.

PMA-Ready Brand Refresh & Effortless Client Journey

We delivered a complete brand refresh and website on the Showit platform, plus a clear member onboarding strategy.

What we accomplished together:

  • A logo and visual identity built around light blues, curved lines, and an organic emblem that works across print and web.
  • A messaging framework focused on the practice’s strengths: combining allopathic and holistic perspectives, long consultations, and personalized care.
  • A website structure that supports the PMA model: clear consult booking, a meet-and-greet vetting step, a hidden member application form, instructions for payment, and a secured member profile area. We intentionally designed the member-area access so new people couldn’t accidentally sign up before being vetted, while existing members can easily log in.
  • Practical UX recommendations for gating links, handling payments (e-transfer), and guiding members through account creation. We also used our brand workshop process and a PMA-compliance checklist to keep the project focused, legal-minded, and easy to use.

Logo & Name Transformation

My client changed their name from Ideal Health to Homeopathy & Beyond, so they needed a new logo. They’re now focused entirely on homeopathy, and the old mark felt dated and forgettable.

The new logo is a circular emblem: roots at the bottom and sun rays at the top. It reflects their “head to toe” philosophy, care that’s grounded, whole-person, and moves from deep roots to radiant wellbeing.

We used muted cool tones, soft blues and desaturated greens, for a calm, balanced vibe, with a warm yellow accent in the rays to add a touch of optimism. Rounded shapes and flowing lines keep it friendly and approachable. We also built out multiple formats so it stays clear at any size: web, print, or social. Overall, it sets the practice apart by pairing clinical credibility with a warm, vital feel.

After the new brand and site went live, the team reported fewer questions and less confusion around signups, The onboarding flow became much smoother. New-member conversions sped up because the vetting and payment steps were clearer, and Carole & Clare spent less time on manual follow-ups. Beyond the numbers, the practice now presents a cohesive, confident identity that better reflects who they are and what they offer. Clients notice the clearer messaging, and the site’s protected member area gives the business the structure it needs to operate as a PMA.
